162,700 sq. ft. 18-storey student residence building – the tallest mass timber building in the world. The hybrid structure consists of concrete cores and two-way spanning CLT (mass timber) floor panels point supported on glulam columns, a first of its kind for this scale of application. The building is targeted to achieve LEED Gold Certification.
