A five-storey mixed-use building that can flexibly accommodate retail, wholesale, light industrial and office spaces. The structure is primarily reinforced concrete, including two levels of underground parking and three levels above grade that can accommodate heavy live loads. The top two levels of the building offer premium office space constructed from mass timber. In the mass timber areas, ASPECT designed ribbed CLT panels to achieve long floor and roof spans and minimize the number of pieces requiring erection. The office units are enhanced with a vast landscaped terrace at Level 4 and large covered exterior decks at Level 5.
