Chase, BC
A new multipurpose building which will include Health/Community/Aboriginal Head Start programs located on the Sexqeltqin No. 4 Indian Reserve near Chase, BC. It will be a one-storey plus basement, slab-on-grade, wood framed building, approximately 14,000 square feet for the main floor and 600 square feet for the basement (service rooms only). The project will include renewable energy (solar panels), renewable material (wood), and a high-efficient building envelope.
