A major renovation to an existing three-level single family home (plus basement) including a renovation and relocation detached single car garage.

The entire structure was retained and seismically reinforced with an exposed steel frame and bent steel stair. This extensive renovation of a 115 year-old house, reinterpreted the house’s past in many of the new features.
