This new student housing development near the University of Massachusetts is comprised of two five-storey buildings plus an atrium across a one-acre site, and will have a total of 68 units.

The structure applies a hybrid mass timber system of conventional wood framing with CLT floors and roofs. The building will be supported atop conventional concrete foundations.
