This mixed use development comprises three storeys of residential accommodation on the upper levels which includes amenity spaces, and a roof terrace. In order to provide a flexible floor plate, the upper storeys are framed using point supported CLT, with the lateral forces being resisted by CLT shear walls. The level two transfer slab and structure below are to be constructed using reinforced concrete. This provides the scheme with two commercial/retail units at main floor level, with ample spaces provided for back of house activities.
