Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Aisling first tested the waters in 2011 moving to Vancouver. Never quite leaving, a brief stint in Christchurch, New Zealand only confirmed her love for the West Coast, where she happy calls Vancouver home.

Aisling’s experience spans both the contracting and consulting sides of the industry, previously working at Graham Construction as well as several structural engineering firms. This background has shaped her understanding and deep appreciation for the full project lifecycle. She finds it particularly satisfying to see designs come to life, as concepts evolve to completed buildings.

Outside of work, Aisling fully embraces West Coast living. You’ll likely find her running, hiking scenic trails, or skiing in the mountains – always finding reasons to get outside and try something new.
