Ballard Hotel

Seattle, WA

A new eight-storey hotel at 1766 NW Market Street in Seattle, WA. The building features 120 guests rooms and additional amenity spaces such as a fitness room, restaurant, and outdoor plaza areas. The structure is comprised of glulam post and beam construction with cross-laminated timber (CLT) floor and roof panels. This hotel will deliver much needed accommodations in a rapidly growing neighborhood, while utilizing prefabricated mass timber elements to allow for quieter installation and minimal disruption to the surrounding residential blocks.

ASPECT is providing Engineer of Record services for the duration of this project.
