This single-storey commercial building is part of the larger Port Credit West Village development. The building is intended as restaurant space and sits atop a cast-in-place concrete parkade structure. The building features high ceilings and a curved green roof framed.
The structure consists of prefabricated NLT panels supported on curved glulam beams and a mix of glulam and steel columns. The lateral system is comprised of conventional steel braces on three sides of the building to allow full height glazing along the entire front of the building.
