Clippership Wharf

This project is located in East Boston and consists of six-storeys residential over one level of commercial / parking, including 398 apartments, 80 condominiums, retail spaces and other amenities. The original design was based on light wood frame system over a
two-storey concrete podium. LendLease as the owner teamed up with Sidewalk Labs to explore and study a redesign using mass timber or a mass timber hybrid solution with prefabricated bathrooms, wetzones and cores. ASPECT provided the structural design and
supply chain consulting throughout the exploration process.
