While obtaining his Honours Degree in Psychology at the University of Guelph, Eric developed a deep passion for delving into the complexity of human cognition and understanding how we can best support people in helping them thrive. Wanting to apply these insights practically, Eric graduated with distinction from Conestoga College, earning a Post Graduate Certification in Human Resources Management.

Since then, he has spent more than ten years leading human resources across multiple industries, gaining knowledge in manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, technology, and engineering. Drawing from this diverse experience, Eric now specializes in supporting scaling businesses toward success, with a combination of data driven and inclusive HR solutions, design and systems thinking, leadership strategies, and tech-savviness.

Living in Toronto, Eric can often by found wandering High Park, enjoying a pint with friends, taking in shows, and keeping up with the latest in science…all while pondering the nature of reality.
