This project is a restoration of a heritage building and involved converting an existing space into a multi-family unit residential living space, as well as an event space for theater and music. The development included the retention of heritage components of the original historic building, while upgrading the structural system. The upgraded development is comprised of a mass timber and light wood frame structural system.
