Hanlei Lin

Hanlei graduated from the University of Toronto in 2014 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science with the Structural Engineering option.
His engineering experience includes 1.5 years at EXP Services Inc. on structural steel design, and 3.5 years at Jablonsky Ast and Partners on concrete design, before joining Aspect in 2021. Hanlei’s past projects range from a 6-storey luxury condo to 60-storey mixed-use highrises.

Before becoming a Structural Engineer, he was also a Geotechnical Technician, Transportation Fleet Operation Assistant, a Math/Science Tutor, and a Research Assistant in Fiber Optics Laboratories at the Advanced Photovoltaics and Devices Research Group.

Outside of work, Hanlei enjoys playing board games, reading comics, and playing racket sports.
