Coffee addict, dog lover, traveler, big Netflix enjoyer
Julia is currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering at the University of Waterloo. Her interest in this program lies in its comprehensive approach, encompassing both creative design and technical aspects. She also enjoys collaborating in group settings and building upon each other’s ideas. Her portfolio includes community centers, residential, institutional, and commercial buildings.
Prior to her current work term with Aspect, she completed co-op placements in construction, architectural drafting, and structural engineering. These experiences have not only equipped her with problem solving skills but have also highlighted the significance of effective team communication.

She is particularly keen on exploring sustainable wood designs for the future, where she can make a meaningful contribution as she continues to learn and grow.
Outside of work, Julia enjoys staying active at the gym, discovering new coffee shops, and spending quality time with friends.
