A new build development comprised of a mixture of stacked townhomes and three-storey ground-oriented townhomes of light wood frame construction. The design envisions a range of one-to-three-bedroom units with roof decks, providing an array of family-oriented housing options.

The development offers in-door and outdoor amenities including landscaped courtyards, community garden, and a playground connected to green public spaces, and will house 124 units, with a single level underground parkade.
