Spanning three levels with a detached garage, the structure consists of a mix of cast-in-place concrete, steel, and conventional and engineered wood frame construction. Slender “Miesian-esque” architecture is used, with long cantilevers and minimal visible structural components. The design features an extensive glass façade, long cantilevers, thin roof profiles, a bridge, and a green roof.
