Marine Residence

West Vancouver, BC

A new residence, comprising 7,000 square feet over three levels with detached garage. The structure consists of a mix of cast-in-place concrete, steel, and conventional and engineered woodframe construction. Slender “Miesian-esque” architecture is used, with long cantilevers and minimal visible structure. The design features extensive glass façade, long cantilevers, thin roof profiles, a bridge, and green roof.
