MV1 Milton Village Condominiums

This is a residential mid-rise development consisting of six stories above grade over two levels of underground parking. The superstructure is light wood frame construction and is supported on a concrete underground substructure, which also supports landscaping and vehicle access routes surrounding the building. Different structural schemes were explored with the design team during the early stages of the design. The final structural system consists of prefabricated walls and floors using a mixture of conventional lumber and structural composite lumber. Strong-Rod Anchor Tiedown Systems were specified on this project to satisfy strength requirements and control building deformation.
