A new three-level residence consisting of a mix of conventional and engineered wood frame construction in combination with steel elements. A distinct feature are the double-height exterior steel columns in pairs, located at the back of the residence. A corten steel eyebrow cantilevers out 4 feet all around the roofline. This corten steel eyebrow and exterior corten steel beams are thermally broken from the main floor and roof beams.
