Over 70 rental units of mixed artist accommodations above 1 storey of mixed-use commercial rental units. A single below-grade parkade will provide 60+ parking stalls in addition to more than 140 spaces for bicycles. The structure (starting at L2 and above) has been designed using a mass timber structural system, comprising of moderately ductile CLT shear walls in conjunction with platform framed point-supported CLT floors. The development requires the use of as much pre-fabrication as possible to ensure a tight construction schedule can be adhered to.
