Seaparc Fitness Centre Addition

The expansion of the SEAPARC Leisure Complex was completed in 2020 and includes the addition of a new Fitness Centre to the existing structure using glulam framing, CLT walls, and roof. The expansion addresses the need for a fitness/gym facility and additional multi-purpose space. This addition enhances the diversity of programs and recreation opportunities offered by the complex with its ice arena and swimming pools. The expansion has increased the 4,739 square metre (51,000 square foot) footprint of the complex by 10%.
