Growing up in a family of artists, Sunny naturally developed an interest in art and design. She decided to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, and then a Master of Arts in Visual Communication. She began her career as an interior designer in Iran starting with exhibitions and offices and ending up with stadiums, hotels, food courts and residential, and she went on to complete a Diploma in Interior Design. Sunny relocated to Australia with her family in 2017 and there her work evolved into the infrastructure industry where she worked as a BIM Manager / Digital Delivery Coordinator. This led her to complete a Diploma in BIM Management.

She has more than 15 years of experience working on significant civil, architectural, and infrastructure projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, rail and road infrastructure, bridges, earthwork, tunnels, stations, signaling, road furniture, utilities, drainage, water and sewer systems, and pipelines.

Sunny has extensive experience in all facets of drawing compatibility, BIM management, clash detection, space proofing, drafting, 3D and 4D modelling including rich data, animations, and staging by utilizing a variety of software and packages.

After moving to Vancouver in 2023, she is now pursuing her passion and taking steps in the structural industry. She is excited to expand her structural system knowledge and BIM capabilities.

Outside of the office, Sunny enjoys spending time with her family, and exploring her new home of Vancouver.
