Project Engineer | P.Eng.
Lifter, plant and cat dad, reader, nature-lover, lifelong learner
Todd took an interest in chemistry in high school which led him to chemical engineering at the University of Western Ontario. After taking a first year statics course Todd decided that Civil Engineering was more engaging and suited to his interests, and completed his Bachelor degree in Civil engineering with a specialty in Structural Engineering.
After graduating, Todd joined a structural engineering firm at their Kitchener/Waterloo, ON office where he spent the next 5 years designing residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use buildings with light wood framing, precast concrete, masonry, cast in place concrete, structural steel, and light steel framing.
Todd joins Aspect Structural Engineers in Vancouver, BC after moving from Ontario with his partner, who is a doctoral candidate at Simon Fraser University.
On his days off, Todd likes to push himself in the gym, lose himself in nature or a book, and take afternoon naps.
