Winskill Fieldhouse

Delta, BC

A new fieldhouse located at Winskill Park, intended to provide public washrooms and change rooms for organized sport and recreation users. The fieldhouse will also provide a clubhouse space for the Tsawwassen Lawn Bowling Club.

Exposed glulam beams and columns were used to create an open floor plan in the great hall space incorporating clerestory windows and Nanawall system which creates a seamless transition from the interior to exterior spaces. Typical 2x roof trusses were used in the back of house areas to minimize cost while still allowing for long clear spans.
