A new residence of approximately 8,300 square feet over three levels, including garage and storage. Consisting of a mix of cast-in-place concrete, steel, and conventional and engineered woodframe construction. Double-height exterior steel columns mimic the surrounding forest, with column connections to the interior steel members being thermally broken.
